ZiuZ has a dedicated Support Team that offers helpdesk-services, on-site support and training. Our Support Team can support you in multiple languages, such as Dutch, English, German and French.
Although VizX2 is mainly used in CSAM cases, it can be used in every situation where large amounts of unorganized visual data need to be analyzed (counterterrorism, extremism, drugs, etc.)
From making a forensic copy of confiscated material to the creation of a report for the public prosecutor and everything in between.
ZiuZ doesn’t offer hardware along with VizX2, but our skilled support team can provide you with advice on the required hardware setup for your situation.
That’s up to you. Usually, our maintenance and support contracts last for one year, but we can offer M&S contracts for just a month or multiple years as well.
