ZiuZ XT

The ZiuZ XT automatically cuts and winds the batch of medicine pouches checked by the Photon into rolls per patient so they are ready for distribution. The XT takes away this tedious manual labour and thus saving valuable time and preventing errors. Instead of producing rolls of pouches for every given patient, the XT can also be adjusted to produce rolls for every Long Term Care facility in a given batch. Everything is possible through our XT and Photon software. The ZiuZ XT is the only cutter & winder available in the market that doesn't slow down the pouch inspection process of the checking device to which it is attached. So the combination between a Photon 5400 and an XT, still runs 5400 pouches an hour even with the cutting and winding involved.
