NEMO

The Next Move in Movement Disorders (NEMO) is a three-year cooperation project between ZiuZ and the University Medical Centre Groningen (UMCG). This project aims at distinguishing hyperkinetic movement disorders.

POLAR

In October 2018, ZiuZ, in collaboration with the Amsterdam University Medical Centre (Amsterdam AMC) and the Medical Centre Leeuwarden (MCL), started the POLAR project. The aim of the collaboration was the development of a computer-aided diagnosis (CADx) tool with which small intestinal polyps (1–5 mm) can be classified.

Bakery Raw Material

Bakery raw material is a collaborative project between Bakkersgrondstof BV, Top Bakkers BV, Warme Bakker Koenen BV, Meesterbakker Roodenrijs BV and ZiuZ Holding BV. The aim of this project is to develop a circular chain for the bakery sector in which return bread is processed into a raw material for traditional Desem bread.
